My stay at Waves Byron Bay had some highlights but also a few disappointments. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and right near the shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and offered nice amenities like free coffee and muffins each morning. However, I found the room slightly lacking in comfort, especially for the price, with some cleaning and refurbishment needed.
